Van Kaam, natlakkerij en assemblage

Natlakkerij van Kaam is gespecialiseerd in het natlakken van bewerkelijke materialen. Anton Kroezen heeft de dagelijkse leiding binnen het bedrijf. Hij heeft ruim 20 jaar ervaring binnen de verfbranche en met name op het gebied van het mengen van kleuren is hij zeer kundig. Hij heeft hiervoor diverse diploma’s en certificaten behaald. Naast Anton zijn er twee ervaren en vakbekwame spuiters werkzaam bij van Kaam.

Natlakkerij van Kaam beschikt over twee spuitwanden en een grote spuitcabine. Onze productieruimte is voorzien van een railsysteem. Aan deze rails hangen we de te behandelen producten zodat we ze gelijktijdig aan alle kanten kunnen lakken. Hierdoor hoeven ze niet te worden ‘gekeerd’ en scheelt dit aanzienlijk in levertijd.
Ook is het mogelijk om de producten in een cabine te drogen. In de cabine kan tot 100 graden gemoffeld worden.

Wij hebben ook de mogelijkheid om zware metalen te ontvetten. Dit gebeurt in een speciale wasplaats waar uitsluitend gewerkt wordt met milieuvriendelijke beitsmiddelen.
